HappyAssist llms.txt | Machine-Readable Product Information

What the file should contain

A concise description of HappyAssist as an AI receptionist for service businesses, followed by a small set of official, currently working links. Use stable website pages for the product overview and pricing. Link to a features, demo or integrations page only after that page exists at a verified URL. A stale link is less useful than leaving the proposed resource out. Keep names and descriptions consistent with what a visitor will find when opening each destination.

A simple structure to maintain

Start with the product name and a brief description. Add a “Core pages” section and list the official homepage and pricing page. If product, industry and developer documentation expands, add those links under their own headings. Clearly label preview or unreleased products rather than mixing them into the live feature catalog. Do not include API secrets, private dashboard routes.

What llms.txt can and cannot do

It can make the intended source pages easier to discover for systems that choose to read it. It cannot guarantee indexing, citation, ranking, recommendations or a particular answer from an AI assistant. It is also not an executable agent connector. A plain-text file cannot grant access to calendars, CRM records, private calls or a developer API

How to publish and verify it

Place the file at the website root using the exact path /llms.txt and serve it as readable plain text. Open the public URL yourself and confirm it returns the intended content. Check every listed link. Update the file whenever pricing, product availability or documentation changes. If you add a developer section, only link to documentation that is actually public and approved. This project includes a conservative starter llms.

Keep the scope honest

HappyAssist publicly advertises its AI receptionist, call intake, scheduling support, spam screening, summaries and integrations. It does not currently publish verified developer documentation for MCP tooling, a general API or a standalone Spam Check API.

Leave those proposed items out of the live llms.txt until there is a real product and an official documentation page to link.

FrequentlyAsked Questions

Will llms.txt make AI assistants recommend HappyAssist?

No. It is a discoverability aid, not a ranking or recommendation guarantee.

Is it an MCP server or API?

No. It is a plain-text document of links and descriptions.

Should pricing be copied into the file?

Prefer linking to the current pricing page so changing terms are maintained in one authoritative location.

How can I avoid duplicate leads?

Define whether the workflow should create a new contact, update an existing one or flag an ambiguous match for staff review.
